I was very happy with Diaxion's commitment to continue to assist with me with my vcb issue and it seems Jim got within a reboot of getting it to work. Thankfully the guys recreated the issue and then resolved it. I have now just kicked off a backup of a different server and it all works fine. It is fast, efficient and allows me to schedule it when I want it. I am really impressed by your staff and their skills, and your companies commitment to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your personal commitment to me to get this resolved, I really appreciate it.So at present for this we are going really well. I have also resolved my storage issue with Dell as well, so now I can focus on my commitments in Adelaide. Have a good week.
