Diaxion can provide you with backfill resources to cover instances such as study leave, training, sick leave, holiday or busy business periods. Diaxion will ensure that at least two Diaxion resources are knowledgeable of your site in order to enable service continuity.

As part of the initial site familiarisation effort, Diaxion professional staff will gain an in-depth knowledge of your site architecture, work practices and will create all necessary Diaxion internal documentation.
