Diaxion was recently asked to work with one of Australia’s leading research and hearing organisations to develop a framework for Application Automation that will enable the client to deliver more standardised outcomes using automation of new applications. Our team of experienced DevOps consultants worked closely with key stakeholders within the customers business units to develop a key set of recommendations that delivered tooling overview, testing strategy, automation roadmap and framework recommendations with priority actions noted. Once Diaxion’s recommendations have been put in place, the customer will be able to use the final deliverable framework to create a DevOps process that enables accelerated application deployment, a reduction in issues from deployments and increased customer satisfaction.
Diaxion is working with a national aged care provider to establish a cloud presence in Microsoft Azure for their end-user compute and cloud programs. The customer required the assistance of an experienced partner to design and implement core Azure/O365 foundation tenancy, using an effective strategy and delivery methodology. Diaxion initially focused on developing a pragmatic and realistic cloud strategy to meet the customer’s requirements and expectations. We then worked with the customer’s cloud team to deliver on their timescale and required outcomes. Diaxion offered thought leadership in all the aspects needed to consume, operate and manage multiple Azure services. Some areas of the delivery project were covered by the customer (such as on-premises network configuration), whereas Diaxion undertook others as part of a time and material engagement. By leveraging Diaxion’s experience and thought leadership, the customer has successfully developed the platform needed to enable effective use of cloud, that will not only reduce operational costs but also allows IT to deliver an agile service to the business.
Diaxion engaged with an Australian Financial Organisation to provide a PCI-DSS compliance check of their technical platform and address any issues that would prevent them from being certified compliant. They did not have the people, experience or the timeframes to get it achieved. Any delay in this certification would have an impact on the overall compliance which would have financial consequences to the organisation.
Diaxion was engaged to investigate any areas of “non-compliance” and provide remediation or a plan for remediation. Diaxion completed provided documentation for future reference to ensure that the customer could perform their own checks in the future. The customer was able to continue with their BAU activities without impact. With working with one of our partners who is a QSA, this gave the customer confidence that there was an outcome based deliverable as part of our engagement.
